Yamaha GT 80 / GT50 Seat Pan Blank

The Yamaha GT 80 / GT 50 (and MX 80) remains a favourite among vintage motorcycle enthusiasts, but many restoration projects come to a halt when it's time to find a usable seat pan. The original steel pans commonly rust beyond repair after decades of use, making good replacements increasingly difficult to find.

This durable plastic seat pan blank is designed to solve that problem. It fits the single-passenger OEM seat foam profile and mounts using the original Yamaha GT 80 / GT 50 seat hinge and metal latch, providing a solid foundation for your restoration or custom build. This part replaces the seat pan portion of OEM part: 2A3-W2473-00-00

To reduce shipping costs, the seat pan is supplied in two interlocking pieces for simple assembly before upholstery.

Please note: This is sold as a seat pan blank only and does not include mounting hardware.
