Three Rubber Supports (If your original seat pan is missing them):

Seat pan hinge and metal latch hook:

Blue Locktite on all hex nuts; otherwise, make sure to use lock washers.

NOTE for material/cover installation:

For fastening your seat cover material to the seat pan, I recommend using #4 x 1/4" Truss head screws. Predrilling small holes into the plastic before installing screws is recommended. Staples can be used, but they risk delaminating the printed layers.
