First you buy the replacement foam and cover

Then you 3D scan the foam and start designing

The first prototype shape has room for improvement

Printing the test pieces out of leftover material

Testing the fitment on the bike's frame

Modifying the prototype and revising the files

Creating the final seat pan pieces

Testing out different hardware options
